Cookie policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as localStorage and sessionStorage, keep data directly in the browser. For simplicity, this policy calls all of them "cookies".
2. Controller
The controller is DOMOPLAN a.s., company ID 051 01 077, registered office Trnitá 543/16, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic. You can contact us at info@domoplan.cz. Other processing of personal data on this website is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Legal basis
Necessary cookies, without which the website cannot work, are stored without your consent under Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications. All other cookies, that is analytics and marketing, are used only with your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of using the website. You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
4. How to change or withdraw your consent
You can change your choices at any time in the cookie settings. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking all cookies may limit how the website works.
5. Consent record
To be able to prove that you gave your consent, we keep a record of your choice: a consent ID, the time, your choice for each category, the version of the cookie banner, the language and page where you made the choice, your browser identification (user agent) and a hashed IP address from which the original address cannot be read directly. We keep the record for 3 years.
6. Categories and list of cookies
The website uses the cookie categories below. The list is generated from the same source as the cookie settings, so it reflects the current state of the website.
