Merger notice
Dear clients,
we would like to inform you that the merger has been completed, in which DOMOPLAN - investiční 10, s.r.o. and T.E Bohunická brána s.r.o. were merged with BRIXX SICAV, a.s., which has become their universal legal successor.
This change has no effect on your rights or obligations, nor on the course of our mutual relations. For you as our clients nothing changes - all processes, commitments and communication continue unchanged.
As of the date of the merger, the successor company BRIXX SICAV, a.s. has assumed all legal relations of the dissolved companies, including any status as a party to pending proceedings. All contractual relations, obligations and rights originally entered into by DOMOPLAN - investiční 10, s.r.o. and T.E Bohunická brána s.r.o. have thus passed to this company.
The purpose of this change is to simplify the structure and strengthen the stability of the DOMOPLAN group. For our clients it means nothing but greater efficiency and continuity of the services we provide.
